HYDROTECH Full Home Filtration

Welcome to HYDROTECH. These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between HYDROTECH (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you (“customer”, “you”) for the supply and installation of our water filtration systems and related services.

By accepting a quote, booking an installation, or purchasing a product from HYDROTECH, you agree to the following terms.

1. Quotes & Orders

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Quotes are based on the information provided during consultation or site inspection.

If site conditions differ from those initially assessed, additional costs may apply (you will be notified before work proceeds).

Orders are confirmed once written acceptance and any required deposit are received.

2. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST unless stated otherwise.

A deposit may be required to secure your installation date.

Final payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may incur reasonable recovery costs.

3. Installation

Installation dates are scheduled by mutual agreement.

Customers must provide safe and clear access to the installation area.

HYDROTECH reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen site issues.

Additional plumbing or electrical work outside the quoted scope will require approval before proceeding.

4. System Performance

Filtration results depend on water quality, water pressure, usage levels, and proper maintenance.

While our systems are designed to reduce targeted contaminants, we do not guarantee removal of all impurities.

Water quality may vary over time due to external supply factors.

5. Maintenance & Filter Replacement

Regular filter replacement is essential to maintain system performance.

Filter replacement is generally recommended every 9–12 months unless otherwise specified.

Failure to maintain filters may impact water quality and may void applicable warranties.

HYDROTECH may offer servicing or maintenance plans for ongoing support.

6. Warranty

HYDROTECH systems include a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty terms vary by product and will be provided at the time of purchase.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, freezing, flooding, external damage, or unauthorised modifications.

Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations prior to installation may result in forfeiture of deposit if materials have already been ordered.

Custom or special-order systems are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Refunds will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, HYDROTECH’s liability is limited to:

Repair or replacement of the product, or

Re-supply of the service.

HYDROTECH is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, pre-existing plumbing issues, or work carried out by third-party contractors.

9. Privacy

We collect personal information solely for the purpose of providing our services.
We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except where necessary to fulfil installation or servicing requirements.

10. Changes to These Terms

HYDROTECH may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
